    Accepted Payments

    Our Online Stores accept all major credit cards as well as gift certificates and coupon codes.

    Customer Service

    The T-Shirt Lady handles all online store customer requests.

    Production

    As a standard, we offer a 3-to-5 business days Service Level Agreement (SLA) from the date orders are passed to us and blank products are in-hands.

    Product Listings

    Up to 12 product listings with up to 2 revisions per listing (decoration, title, description, price, etc.) are included in our free Online Stores. Packs of 12 additional product listings are available for $100.00/pack.

    Blanks Availability / Backorders

    Blank products are ordered from our suppliers once an order is placed on a Online Stores. Items may ship from various warehouses and take some days to get to us.  When an item is not immediately available from our suppliers, we will contact the end-user and offer them to either pick a different color or wait for the item (backorder). Cancellation is also possible at that time.

    Returns

    Print-on-Demand products are custom-made. As a result, we DO NOT accept returns.  However, accidents can happen, and customer satisfaction is our top priority! So, if we make a mistake,we are more than happy to reprint and reship the order at our cost if:

    • The placement or size is obviously wrong
    • We accidentally used the wrong artwork.
    • The product is damaged (prior to shipping).
    • We sent the wrong product (Style, Size, Color)
    • The product shows any defect that occurred during the decoration/fulfillment process.

    Shipping

    The risk of loss, damage, and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It shall be your (if you are responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the product was delivered. In such case we will not make any refunds and will not resend the product.

    Delivery

    We ship to most places in the world. Shipping costs are additional to the product's price and are shown during checkout.

    We cannot guarantee delivery dates and to the extent permitted by law accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for products that are late. Average time for delivery may be shown on the Online Stores. It is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order can be subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of any changes. We try our best to make product delivery as fast as possible.

    Artwork

    Online Store owners  are responsible for providing established designs including pictures, corporate graphics, and texts. The T-Shirt Lady is not responsible for creating collections but happy to assist for an additional fee. Owners are also responsible to make sure that the content of the artwork responsibility in this matter.

    Decoration Methods

    The primary decoration method for apparel is Direct-to-Garment (DTG) and DTG transfer (also known as PET transfer or DTF). For hard goods, we use sublimation and digital UV printing.  We reserve the right to substitute the decoration method based on the specifications of the material to be decorated.
