How We Took Our Business Online and Gained Freedom to Work Anywhere

Shortly after the world shifted in 2020, we made a bold and necessary change and transitioned our business from a brick-and-mortar store to a fully online operation. What started as an unexpected challenge quickly became one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Moving online allowed us to streamline our processes, scale smartly, and most importantly, gain the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.

Running a business remotely wasn’t always the plan, but as markets evolved and customer needs shifted, we knew it was time to pivot. That change gave us space to focus on what truly matters: daily operations, customer service, and creative growth. Without the limitations of a physical storefront, we were able to optimize logistics, improve efficiency, and dedicate more time to building our brand.

Today, thanks to the support of an amazing team and trusted partners, I’m able to manage our business from a laptop; whether I'm in Atlanta, at a coffee shop, or halfway across the globe. Our online-first structure has opened up opportunities to travel, meet new people, and work freely, all while keeping our brand rooted in creativity and purpose.

This new chapter also gave me time to revisit what makes our business unique which is personalized service, custom product design, and soulful branding that’s made with heart.
