The T-Shirt Lady launches Non-Profit

Atlanta, GA – Founded in 2003,  The T-Shirt Lady Foundation, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) Charitable Organization. Our mission is to serve as a friendly, helping hand in low-income communities on a national and worldwide level.

The T-Shirt Lady Foundation, Inc is making it possible for children and adults to access clothing and food when in need.

Our focus is on poverty-level individuals, the homeless, and the unfortunate who lost their personal belongings due to natural acts of fire, job loss, and other acts of misfortune.

Shelter is one of the main necessities of life while food and clothing follow right along with it.  Food and clothing are a major concern in the United States and all around the world. 2011 World Hunger and Poverty Facts and Statistics show that over 925 million people will go without food and over half do not have decent clothing to wear.  While feeding and clothing just a small percentage of this number will not change the world overnight, it’s a start to reducing this number while helping other human beings survive in this world while leading active, productive lives.

The T-Shirt Lady Foundation, Inc. program is an innovative step forward in reducing the number of hungry and unfortunate people in our world.  The foundation works together and alongside other Non-Profits to combine efforts in reducing hunger and poverty.  These efforts can continue with charitable donations via funds, equipment, or donations of food and gently used and/or new t-shirts and clothing.

We are prepared to help those in need including but not limited to the homeless, single-parent homes, schools, sports teams, charitable events, and any individual/business that is creating efforts to help in our journey to support people within a particular socio-economic status.
