The quality of the t shirts were excellent, pricing was good, and the team was accommodating for last min changes to my order. The only downside is I was not able to pick up the order and it had to be shipped even though I am local here in Atlanta. This was my first time ordering a banner & The T-Shirt Lady team made it super easy! There were minor issues with my design and order, but they emailed and called me ASAP so they could resolve the issue and get my order produced in a timely manner. The banner itself also looked wonderful and delivered sooner than promised 🙂

I created some art using AI and I wasn't confident in how it would look. They contacted me directly to ask me about the art and they made some changes to it that made it so much better! The final product was perfect!! Very happy with their work!

We were at the last minute deciding if we wanted tee shirts for our family reunion and emailed to see if this company could do it or not.

She said yes but it had to be quick. We went back in forth and finally said yes please produce them for us and we will go with whatever design you choose for us. They turned out great everyone was happy.

Not really complaining but the express charge of almost $200.00 was a little unexpected because I wasn't told upfront it would be that much. Which added about 5.00 per shirt for the amount of shirts we ordered.
But hey that is business and we lagged on our end. I recommend you use them and you will be happy. We were and oh they met us to get the shirts on time.
